Roof Restoration Systems by Preservation Products do not require separate flashings. The liquid-applied elastomeric coating is self-flashing, creating an effective weathertight seal. 

To flash around a chimney, Poly-1 Fabric is applied with HP-1000 Elastomeric Roof Coating to form a flexible reinforced membrane. Alternatively, AF-315 can be used in place of HP-1000 when applying Poly-1 Fabric. In some cases, AF-315 can also be used as a standalone reinforcement.
